My Story
I was first introduced to Scentsy in June of 2011 when a co-worker of mine was doing a fundraiser for her daughter. I wanted to help out because I knew one day I would be in that position with my own kiddos :)
I purchased the Tea Rose plug in warmer with Inner peace and Mulberry Bush Scentsy bars. When the order came in I took it home and set up the warmer in my bathroom. Within 5 minutes my entire bathroom and my bedroom smelled AMAZING! I instantly fell in love!
A few days of having my Scentsy warmer I started playing with the idea of becoming a Scentsy consultant. I was never expecting much from it, just that I knew I could get some money back for my own orders. Not only did I know how much I loved it, but I also knew that the others that purchased at work also loved it.
No brainer right?
I took the plunge and started my Scentsy journey in August of 2011. By then those that had purchased from the fundraiser needed refills. My first “Party” was me passing around the testers and catalogs and collected over $700 in orders!! That meant that I reached my first goal as a Scentsy consultant, which is Shooting Star! Made my money back from my initial investment of purchasing my kit!! I was so excited!
My excitement still continues to this day! In these past years I have met some amazing people that I call my Scentsy family! I have also earned a few incentive trips! (Hawaii in 2013, Bahamas 2014, Mediterranean cruise 2018, and Marco Island, FL trip for 2019)
